The Policy and Procedure provides an avenue for students to present written complaints and appeals to the RTOs Management. The procedure also involves relevant staff completing a staff complaint form to articulate the issue raised by the student. The Procedure also includes avenues for the involvement of an Independent adjudicator where complaints are not resolved to the complainants satisfaction.
