Dear Peter

I just wanted to let you know that last Friday we had our ASQA re-registration audit. I am so happy I purchased your management system and it did exactly what I wanted it to do. I knew I had solid systems but your system enabled me to present everything our RTO has to offer in the way of evidence + more in a very professional way.
I worked my heart out to implement the system with such short notice (remember there was doubt if it could be done) and I’m pleased to say that we are compliant in all standards and it was actually a delight to have the audit.
 In the auditors exit meeting she said; “It gives me a lot of joy when an organisation shows compliance and gives me faith that it can be done. I have never seen such a well prepared audit”.
